Job Summary
We are looking for motivated, confident, and target-oriented **Lead Generation Specialists** to join our team. The ideal candidate will communicate professionally with US customers, identify potential prospects, qualify leads according to campaign requirements, and generate quality leads while following approved scripts and compliance guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers across US-based campaigns.
- Communicate professionally with customers and understand their needs.
- Generate and qualify leads according to campaign-specific criteria.
- Follow approved calling scripts, quality standards, and compliance procedures.
- Maintain accurate call records and update lead information in the CRM or dialer.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.
- Coordinate with team leaders, quality analysts, and verification teams.
- Handle customer objections professionally and maintain a positive calling experience.
- Follow applicable Do Not Call (DNC), consent, data privacy, and campaign-specific requirements.
- Maintain punctuality, attendance, and professional workplace conduct.
Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Good English communication skills and a clear speaking voice.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM or calling software is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Willingness to work in a US shift.
- Positive attitude, discipline, and a willingness to learn.
Working Details
- Work Mode: Work From Office
- Shift: US Night Shift
- Working Days: Monday to Friday, subject to company policy
- Office Hours: As assigned by management
